File Fermion.h: The files Scalar.h and Photon.h should move to another header, since they are currently included in a file that has since been renamed Fermion.h.
Global WilsonFermionD2: Better understand what "doubled" means in this context of e.g. WilsonImplD2; but see Grid/simd/Grid_doubled_vector.h.
